In September 2022, we officially opened our new office in Calgary, Alberta. This is not only our newest but also our very first office dedicated to serving Albertans in capturing, sending, and submitting their fingerprints to the Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) for criminal background checks.
Situated in a modern 2-story building (building 6200) within the Savanna Plaza at 5850 88th Ave NE, Calgary, AB, our office stands out as a beacon of convenience and accessibility. Besides, conveniently located directly across from Northeast Registries, our location offers ease of access for our clients.
Our office unit, 6230, on the second floor of building 6200, provides a professional and welcoming environment for both our clients and staff. As you enter, ours is the third office on the right, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility for visitors.

First Office in Calgary
Since the Calgary office is located in the Northeast quadrant, where a great deal of immigration occurs, we primarily provide fingerprinting services for immigration applications (Permanent Residency and Canadian Citizenship). Nevertheless, we welcome people from all over Calgary and nearby communities to visit our office to get fingerprinted for any other reason.
We accept walk-in clients as well as appointments, however, appointment bookings are given priority over walk-in clients. Direction to our Calgary NE Office
Since there is another plaza before us, please make sure you turn at the correct entrance. We are the 2nd plaza after the traffic light at 88th Avenue and Savanna St NE. You will need to turn right when you see Savanna Dental or F1Fingerprint board at the turn.
Then you will enter to our main plaza, we are located inside Savanna Office , which is in the middle of the Registry NE and Servus Credit Union.
Then you will use the elevator to get to the second floor, go down the hallway and look for Unit 6230. Just give us a knock on our office door so that we know that you have arrived for your appointment.

We value your feedback and are pleased to announce the opening of our new location in Southeast Calgary, Alberta. Effective immediately, we invite all clients utilizing our services in September 2024 to enjoy a $20 discount as a token of our gratitude for your continued support.
Our new office is situated at Unit 307 – 340 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, T2G 2B1. Upon arrival, you will notice our billboard at the front of the building; however, please enter through the back entrance, where parking is also available.
