Process
Step 1 – Application Intake
Frontier One Vietnam receives the applicant’s documents and/or provides fingerprinting services at our office. We may also accept fingerprint cards already obtained by the applicant.
Applicants are required to present at least two (2) valid identification documents for identity verification.
Step 2 – Document Review and Application Preparation
Our team will review the documents, provide guidance, and assist applicants in preparing all required paperwork for an RCMP Criminal Record Check, FBI Identity History Summary Check, or other background check services as requested.
All documents will be carefully reviewed to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
Step 3 – Fingerprinting
Frontier One Vietnam performs fingerprinting using professional methods that meet the requirements of the relevant background check application.
Fingerprint quality will be reviewed before proceeding to the next stage of processing.
Step 4 – Application Submission
Once the application package is complete, Frontier One Vietnam will forward the documents to Frontier One Inc. or the appropriate processing partner in Canada or the United States, depending on the service selected.
Step 5 – Status Updates and Tracking
Frontier One Vietnam will provide application tracking information (if available) and keep applicants informed of the status of their application throughout the process.
Step 6 – Result Delivery
Once processing is complete, the results will be delivered to the address specified by the applicant or through the delivery method selected during the application process.

**For your convenience, all fees are collected in Vietnam. No additional payments or other charges will be required in Canada.
Result
Frontier One Vietnam can assist in receiving the completed results in Vietnam. Once processing is complete, applicants may:
Option 1: Pick up their results directly at the Frontier One Vietnam office; or
Option 2: Request domestic courier delivery to their preferred address within Vietnam.

We can help you to get the RCMP police certificate even when you are currently outside of Canada.
The fingerprints must be taken at your local police station or fingerprint agency. You will need to mail the original fingerprint cards and required documents to our office, so they can be converted and submitted to the RCMP electronically.

For all international applications, the RCMP requires an original fingerprint card to be submitted via an RCMP accredited fingerprinting agency.
The IRCC does not accept the fingerprints sent from outside of Canada to them. The fingerprints must be submitted to the RCMP via an accredited fingerprinting agency first, then the RCMP will send the result to the IRCC.
For international fingerprint applications, all the IDs and requested forms are valid for 6 months but the fingerprint card will be valid for one year, starting from the date shown on the forms.
You can print all requested forms in black-n-white. They are not required to be in color.
We will provide you with step-by-step instructions including an example of an acceptable fingerprint card.
We will provide a preliminary review of your fingerprint card PRIOR to mailing the physical fingerprint card to us.
Please ensure you scan your fingerprint card at the highest possible quality and email it to us for review.
You may consider doing several fingerprint cards to ensure the best one to use.

Yes. The RCMP can send the Police Certificate via Canada Post’s regular mail to any foreign address, but there is a possibility of mail being lost or experiencing prolonged delivery time.
Therefore, we have an option to have it sent to us and we will mail it to your country of residence with an extra mailing fee.
You can make the payment by credit card via the online payment platform integrated in the invoice or E-transfer if you have an eligible Canadian Bank Card
Alternatively, we also accept in-person payment at our International Department (Dundas location) during our business hours.
