As an RCMP-accredited fingerprinting agency, Frontier One Inc. (F1) collects and submits fingerprints for Canadian criminal background checks. Additionally, we provide digital prints of fingerprint cards on our FD-258 form and C-216C form, which customers can send to foreign police authorities for fingerprint processing.
Our Experience
Since 2017, Frontier One Inc. has taken thousands of fingerprints every year across Ontario and Alberta. Consequently, we have proudly served many communities with our nine locations. We established our St. Catharines office in the Niagara Region to cater to the surrounding areas.
Location and Accessibility
Our office is conveniently located at 350 Scott Street, Unit 205, St. Catharines, Ontario, L2N 6T4. This prime location is near one of the busiest intersections in St. Catharines, with multiple amenities nearby, including Service Ontario, Giant Tiger, and free parking. Situated on the second floor, our office has two main entrances—one through the pharmacy and one through the side building. Additionally, we are close to the Niagara Region’s public transportation system, the QEW and 406, Port Dalhousie, and the U.S. border to Niagara Falls.
Over the past few years, we have proudly served all 12 local municipalities, including Fort Erie, Grimsby, Lincoln, Niagara-On-the-Lake, Niagara Falls, Pelham, Port Colborne, St. Catharines, Thorold, Wainfleet, Welland, and West Lincoln. In addition to the Niagara Region, we also assist customers from Stoney Creek, Dunnville, and Haldimand.

Fingerprinting Services
Our professionally trained staff captures the best fingerprints for RCMP-certified police checks and fingerprinting cards for the US (FB-258) or foreign countries (C216C). Notably, we serve countries such as Jamaica, Kenya, Mexico, Zambia, Kuwait, Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Sudan, Qatar, Hong Kong, Singapore, and many more. Moreover, we guide customers through the entire process to ensure they understand each step.

When you arrive at the intersection of Scott St and Vine St:
For Customers Entering from Scott St (Giant Tiger Plaza Entrance):
Look for Giant Tiger Plaza. Our office is situated within the same building as Service Ontario, accessible via the pharmacy entrance to the right of Service Ontario.
Proceed to the second floor using the elevator.
For Customers Entering from Vine St (Liberty Tax’s Entrance):
Our office is located on the left side of the street, directly across from the KFC drive-thru.
Look for the entrance labeled “350 Scott St Offices” (brown building).
Unit 205 can be found after ascending the stairs.
If you need to use the elevator, please use the Pharmacy Entrance located next to Service Ontario.
