  • Our Notary Public provides comprehensive legal witnessing services, including the commissioning of oaths, affirmations, and solemn declarations.
  • Our services apply to a variety of legal documents, including statutory declarations confirming identity or marital status, travel consent letter for children, invitation letters for immigration purposes, Service Ontario documents, declarations for lost or damaged passports, and affidavits for vehicle ownership transfer, professional accreditation, insurance claims, and more.
  • Please note that we DO NOT provide legal advice of any kind and DO NOT verify the content of the document. Our services only to confirm that you have signed the document in front of the commissioner.
  • Please note that we do not draft affidavits, affirmations, or declarations; please bring your own documents or contact us for guidance. We also do not provide commissioning or witnessing service for Wills, Power of Attorney, or Divorce/Separation documents.

What is the process? 

Currently, we only offer this in-person service by appointment at our Vaughan location: Unit 200 – 1750 Steeles Ave W, Vaughan, ON L4K 2L7

There are 4 steps during your appointment: 

  • ID Verification: 

The Notary will verify your government-issued photo ID. 

  • Document Review and Oath: 

The Notary will screen your documents then administer the appropriate oath, affirmation, or declaration. 

  • Signing the Document: 

Sign the document in the appropriate boxes in front of the Notary. The Notary will also sign and add their seal after you complete your part. 

  • Receive Your Document: 

Your signed and notarized document will be handed to you immediately during your appointment.
